I ordered these gloves mostly based on the pictures, but what showed up didn’t really match. The colour looked different and the finish seemed a lot nicer online than it does in person. They’re not awful and they do the job, so I’ll still use them, but it’s disappointing. it makes me feel like I can’t really trust the product photos anymore.

"Pretty easy to find what I needed"
I used the site last week, or maybe it was the week before, to look for some gloves, and it was straightforward overall. I found the sizing info without having to dig around too much, which was nice. A couple pages were a little slow loading on my phone, but checkout was simple enough and I didn’t run into any real issues.

"Good fit overall, just a tiny break-in period"
I ordered the gloves and wraps, and both matched the size guide pretty much exactly. The wraps sat flat without bunching at the thumb loop, which I always notice, and the gloves were just a little tight across the knuckles during the first session. After a bit of use, though, they loosened up enough to feel right. Overall, I’m happy with them and would give them 4 stars.

"Payment page gave me a bad feeling"
I was about to place an order, but once I got to the payment page, the whole thing just felt a little off to me. I couldn’t find much clear info about security, and the way it was presented didn’t really give off a trustworthy vibe. It might be perfectly fine, but the tone of that page didn’t reassure me enough to enter my card details. The rest of the site looked decent, though.

The gear itself is decent and the price felt fair, so I can’t complain too much about that. Still, the overall experience could’ve been handled better, and I’d expect at least a quick apology for the hassle.

"Pretty much what I expected"
These gloves are pretty much as described. The size felt right, and the padding is good too. I did notice the color looked a little different in person than I expected, not a huge deal though. Overall, they work fine and I’m happy with them.

"Decent selection, but sizing can be frustrating"
They’ve got a good range of boxing gear, and I like being able to compare a few options in one place. That said, I’m a bit picky about getting the right size and fit, so it was frustrating that a few sizes were out of stock when I checked. Overall, not a bad experience, just not as smooth as I’d hoped.

"I ordered a pair of Rival gloves..."
I ordered a pair of Rival gloves from the UK site and they arrived quickly, which was a nice little win. Packaging was all fine, and the gloves were exactly what I was hoping for.

The thing that stood out most was the email after delivery just checking everything was okay. I had a small question about the fit, and the reply actually felt like a real person had read it, not some copy-paste response.
I’ve used them for a few sessions now and they’ve been solid so far. Nothing dramatic to report, just good gloves and decent service, and I’d happily order from them again.

So yeah, I had a seam come loose on one of the gloves after a few months, which was a bit annoying. Sent over a couple of photos, not really expecting it to be that straightforward, but they sorted a replacement quickly. No back and forth or awkward questioning, just… actually helpful. can’t fault how they dealt with it

"Easy to track from start to finish"
The tracking was really clear the whole way through. I got the order email, then updates when it moved and again when it was out for delivery, so I never had to guess what was going on. The gloves arrived on the day they said they would, so I’d happily recommend them.

"Pretty much confirmed what I expected"
I ordered some gloves from Rival Boxing UK and, it went about as smoothly as I figured it would. I’d heard decent things already, so I was kind of expecting them to be reliable, and the whole experience mostly backed that up. The site felt secure, the order updates were fine, and although delivery took a little longer than I hoped, it wasn’t a big problem. Overall, I’d be happy to order from them again

"Surprisingly Helpful Customer Service"
I had a quick sizing question before placing my order and, i wasn’t expecting much because most companies just send some generic reply. But they actually got back to me really fast and answered the specific thing I asked. It made ordering a lot easier and I felt better about what I was buying. Kind of rare to deal with a company that replies quickly and actually seems to read the message.

I went in asking about glove sizes and padding, and the staff literally seemed like they had no idea. The answers I got were vague, so I ended up having to Google everything myself afterward. Not a great experience.

"Return and exchange took way too long"
